Pay Scale (7th CPC):

✔️ Registrar: Pay Level-14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200/-)
✔️ Executive Engineer: Pay Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/-)
✔️ Medical Officer: Pay Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/-) + Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA)
Plus allowances (DA, HRA, etc.), medical benefits, LTC, and NPS as per Central Government rules.

Eligibility Criteria (as on 30/06/2025):

✔️ Registrar (Deputation, Including Short-Term Contract):

Qualification: Master’s Degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade ‘B’ (UGC 7-point scale) from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience: Officers from Central/State Governments, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, PSUs with: (i) Holding analogous post, OR (ii) 15 years as Assistant Professor (AGP ₹7,000/- or above) or 8 years (AGP ₹8,000/- or above) with 3 years in educational administration, OR (iii) Comparable experience in research establishments/higher education institutions, OR (iv) 15 years administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent (GP ₹7,600/- or above).
Desirable: Qualification in Management/Engineering/Law; experience in computerized administration, legal, financial, or establishment matters.
Age Limit: 56 years (no relaxation).

✔️ Executive Engineer (Civil) (Deputation, Including Short-Term Contract):

Qualification: BE/BTech in Civil Engineering (First Class or equivalent CGPA/UGC 7-point scale) from a recognized University/Institute, OR Institute employees with 5 years regular service as Assistant Engineer (SG-II, GP ₹4,800/-) or 2 years as Assistant Engineer (SG-I, GP ₹5,400/-).
Experience: Officers from CPWD/State PWD, PSUs, Universities, or Institutes of National Importance holding analogous post on regular basis.
Age Limit: 56 years (no relaxation).

✔️ Medical Officer (Allopathy) (Direct Recruitment):

Qualification: MBBS Degree included in Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, with registration in State/Indian Medical Register.
Desirable: MD in General Medicine or equivalent qualification registered under IMC Act, 1956.
Age Limit: 35 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwD/Departmental candidates/Ex-Servicemen as per GoI norms).
