✅ ONGC Scholarship Age Limit:
✔️ Not be more than 30 years of age as on 1st January 2021.
✅ ONGC Scholarship Amount: ₹ 48,000/- per annum.
✅ ONGC Scholarship Educational Qualifications: (Regular full time course)
✔️ 1st year of Graduate Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
✔️ MBBS.
✔️ 1st year of Master’s degree in Geology/ Geophysics or MBA.
✔️ The scholarship shall be admissible only for pursuing full time regular courses by AICTE/ MCI/ UGC/ Association of Indian Universities/ State Education Boards/ State Government/ Central Government.
✔️ Have secured a minimum 60% marks in class 12 for Engineering/ MBBS course and a minimum of 60% marks in graduation for PG courses in Geology/ Geophysics/ MBA.
✅ ONGC Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Have a gross family income of less than INR 4.5 Lakhs per annum from all sources for SC / ST Category.
✔️ Have a gross family income of less than INR 2 Lakhs per annum from all sources for OBC Category.
✔️ Have a gross family income of less than INR 2 Lakhs per annum from all sources for Meritorious General Category.
✔️ 50% scholarships are reserved for girl students.
✅ ONGC Scholarship Selection Process:
✔️ Selection of candidate will be made on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination prescribed for each eligible course of study. In case of students having equal marks in the qualifying examination students with lower family income will be selected.
✔️ Preference shall be given to students from below poverty line (BPL) families and other students shall be considered only if sufficient number of students from BPL families fulfilling the eligibility criteria is not available.
✅ How to Apply ONGC Scholarship 2023:
➢ Eligible students may submit their online application through ONGC Scholar official website (www.ongcscholar.org).
➢ The students should upload required documents such as Birth Certificate, 10+2 Mark Sheets, Family Annual income certificates, Bank details, copy of PAN Card, Copy of College/ Institution Id, Copy of Colleges/ Institution Admission Receipt and Copy of undertaking.
➢ The last date for submission of applications is 06/03/2023.
