- Professor: Level-14-A (₹1,68,900-2,20,400) of 7th CPC + usual allowances, including NPA (if applicable).

Educational Qualification:
- A medical qualification included in Schedule I or II or Part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (candidates with qualifications in Part II of the third schedule must meet conditions under Section 13(3) of the Act).
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MD/MS or equivalent) in the relevant discipline/subject.
- Ph.D. in the concerned discipline/subject for non-medical candidates (where applicable).
Experience:
- Professor: 14 years of teaching and/or research experience.
- Additional Professor: 10 years of teaching and/or research experience.
- Associate Professor: 06 years of teaching and/or research experience.
- Assistant Professor: 03 years of teaching and/or research experience.
