Qualification and Experience:

Asst. Manager (IT - ERP Technical) -> 60% of marks in B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or 60% marks in MCA. Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certificate preferable. Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in Technical design and developments in Oracle EBS R12 Applications.

Asst. Manager (Refractory Maintenance) -> 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering. Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in refractory area. Should have experience of working in a manufacturing/ steel plant in the relevant area.

Dy. Manager (Civil) -> 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in construction. OR 60% marks in ME / M.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in construction.

Manager (Civil -> 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in construction. OR 60% marks in ME / M.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in construction

Manager (Human Resources) -> Degree preferably in Engineering / Physical Sciences and 2 years Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management or MA (Personnel Management & IR) or MSW.

Manager (Special Steels) -> 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and should have completed PhD in the area of Special Steels.

Charger Operator -> SSC passed with minimum 2 years relevant post qualification experience in operation of Charger in forge shop, hot rolling mill or ring rolling mill areas. Should be able to load and unload hot metal pieces into fixed hearth furnaces and feed to the forge press, hot rolling mill or ring rolling mill. Should be able to operate small 500 KG charger to 6.5 Ton charger, both electrical and diesel operated chargers.

JOT - Electrical -> SSC + ITI (Electrical) with NAC.

JOT - Instrumentation -> SSC + ITI (Instrumentation/ Electrical) with NAC.

Ladleman –> SSC passed or equivalent with minimum 4 years relevant post qualification experience. Should have experience on minimum 20 Ton or above capacity Ladle operation and maintenance in a reputed Steel Plant.

SOT - Instrumentation -> 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation/ Electrical) with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in maintenance and calibration of modern instrumentation control systems (PLC/DCS etc.), field instrumentation like control valves, burner control systems, transmitters, flow meters, online analyzers, cabling etc. in process industry/ steel plant/ power plant/ fertilizers/ large industrial establishments.

SOT - Melts -> 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering (Metallurgy/ Mechanical) with minimum 2 years post qualification experience of working in Electric Arc Furnace/ Induction Melting Furnace.

SOT - Pickling Shop -> 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering (Chemical) with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in chemical industries.

Qualification and Experience:

Charger Operator

SSC+ITI or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years post qualification experience in operation of hydraulic forge presses of 1500 Ton or higher capacity.

NDT Operator

Diploma (Metallurgy/ Mechanical) or B.Sc with NDT-Level II certification in ultrasonic testing. Should have minimum 7 years of post NDT qualification experience in ultrasonic testing of super alloys, titanium alloys, austenitic stainless  steels, martensitic stainless steels, ferritic stainless steels, other low & medium alloy steels etc.
