NHPC Recruitment 2024Pay Scales:
✔️ The NHPC Limited company provides an appealing compensation package that includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Cafeteria Allowance, Performance-Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facility, and Social Security Benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Pension, and Gratuity, among others, in accordance with the company's prevailing rules. Selected candidates will be positioned in the pay scale of ₹ 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) during the one-year training period.
✔️ Upon the successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineer/ Officer in the same scale with a probationary period of one year. The total annual emoluments for a new joiner are estimated to be approximately ₹ 15 Lakh.
NHPC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ For Trainee Engineer: A full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / IT / E&C / Environmental Engineering) from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE, with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade. Alternatively, candidates with AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) and a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade are also eligible to apply.
✔️ For Trainee Officer (Geology): Full Time regular M.Sc. (Geology) / M.Tech. in Applied Geology (should have studied Geology with Maths or Physics at graduation level) from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Master's degree.
