Qualification & Experience:
Manager (Fisheries) ->
(1) Full time regular Post Graduate Degree in any branch of Fisheries Science from recognized Institute of ICAR / University / State Agriculture University approved by UGC with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
(2) 13 years of post qualification Executive experience in Fisheries Development in PSU's / State / Central Utilities out of which 3 years experience should be in the level of E-4 i.e. in the pay scale of 732900 - 3% -58000 (IDA) or equivalent.
(3) Desirable - Minimum 10 years research / work experience in Fisheries sector preferably in Fish Conservation / Fish Migration / Fish Resource Management / Aquatic Ecological Management etc.
Assistant Manager (Fisheries) ->
(1) Full time regular Post Graduate Degree in any branch of Fisheries Science from recognized Institute of ICAR / University / State Agriculture University approved by UGC with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
(2) 05 years of post qualification Executive experience in Fisheries Development in PSU's / State / Central Utilities out of which 3 years experience should be in the level of E-2A i.e. in the pay scale of 724900 - 3% - 50500 (IDA) or equivalent.
(3) Desirable - Minimum 05 years research / work experience in Fisheries Sector preferably in Fish Conservation / Fish Migration / Fish Resource Management / Aquatic Ecological Management etc.
Selection Process: The names of shortlisted candidates will be displayed at NHPC Official Website. Individual e-mails will also be sent to the shortlisted candidates. The Final selection of the Candidate will be based on the performance in the interview, thereafter the "Offer of Appointment' shall be issued. Selected candidates will be on probation for one year.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC (NCL) category are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₹ 250/-. The SC/ST/PwD category candidates need not pay the registration fee.
