Qualification and Experience:
Technical Assistant -> The incumbent should be a ITI (NCVT) in Electronics Mechanical/ Radio & TV/ Electrical with minimum 60% marks and one year Apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, as applicable. The candidate should have minimum 10 years or more post qualification experience of Repairing, Maintenance & Installation of Electronic Instruments such as Infra Red Analysers, Photometric Instruments and SPV Systems etc. in remote villages across the country. Candidates having Computer Course equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications shall be given added advantage.
Technician -> The incumbent should be 3 years Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 60% marks. The candidate should have minimum 6 years or more post qualification experience of Repairing, Maintenance & Installation of Electronic Instruments such as Infra Red Analysers, Photometric Instruments and SPV Systems etc. in remote villages across the country. Candidates having Computer Course equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications shall be given added advantage.

Qualification and Experience:
Executive Director (Operations / Projects) ->
(1) Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science Branch, with good academic record form a recognized University / Institution.
(2) He should possess adequate experience at a senior level in a large organization of repute.
(3) Persons with MBA qualification and having experience in management and familiarity with Finance, Marketing / Production / R&D will have added advantage.
(4) He should have minimum 25 years of experience.
General Manager ->
(1) Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science Branch, with good academic record form a recognized University / Institution.
(2) He should have minimum 20 years of experience out which minimum 5 years at a Senior Level in Corporate Planning, Production, Quality Assurance, Material Management, Business Development, R&D, Marketing, Human Resource Management etc. in an organization of repute.
(3) Candidate with MBA Qualification shall be having added advantage.
Deputy Manager (P&IR) ->
(1) MBA in Human Resources (Two year full time course) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
(2) The candidate should have exposure of various acts applicable in an industrial organization like Factory Act; Industrial Disputes Act, Contract Labour Abolition & Regulation Act, RTI Act etc.
(3) The candidate should have post qualification working experience of 8 years or more.
(4) Exposure of handling Civil and Public Relation matters is desirable. An added advantage shall be given to Law Graduate (LLB).
