Age Limit: Candidate should be between 18 years to 37 years of age as on 1st April 2018. The age relaxation as per government rules.
Educational Qualifications:
| Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil / PH / Electrical) –> | Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. |
| Sub Divisional Engineer (Horticulture) –> | Graduate in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture OR Post Graduate in Science in Horticulture including Floriculture and Arboriculture OR Master Degree in Science in Botany with Horticulture as one of the subjects. |
| Junior Engineer (Civil / PH / Electrical) –> | Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent qualification. |
| Junior Engineer (Horticulture) –> | B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture with Horticulture as main subject. |
| Draftsman Engineering –> | Diploma in Civil Engineering in First Division. |
| Draftsman Architect –> | Diploma in Architecture in 1st Division. |
| Law Officer –> | Law Graduate with at least 03 years experience as Advocate or should have held assignment involving legal work for a period of not less than 03 years. |
| Senior Assistant –> | B.Com with a minimum score of 50% Marks and Possesses. |
| Clerk cum DEO –> | Bachelor's Degree and Possesses at least 120 hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or IT office productivity Applications or Desktop Publishing Applications. |
Selection Process: Written Examination (100 Marks)

Educational Qualifications:
Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil) (Public Health) -> Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from recognized University or Institution (AND) To pass Departmental Professional examination to be conducted by the Punjab PWD or PUDA as may be decided by the appointing Authority within a period of 2 & 1/2 years from the date of appointment, failing which action will be taken as per provisions made in the Service Regulations.
Junior Engineer (Civil) (Public Health) -> Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent qualifications recognized by Govt. of Punjab.
Senior Assistant (A/Cs) -> B.Com. Degree from a recognized University with a minimum score of 50% marks (AND) At least one hundred and twenty hours Course with hands and experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology Office Productivity
Applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from a Govt. recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified. (OR) Certification in usage of Computers equivalent to "O" Level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India.
Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator -> Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Institution; (AND) Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology Office Productivity Applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from a Govt. recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified. (OR) Possesses a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to "O" Level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India.
Selection Process: Written Examination. The Exam Centre would be S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali).
Application Fee: ₹ 1000/- for General Category candidates, ₹ 500/- for Scheduled Caste (SC) Candidates / Backward Caste (BC) / Ex Servicemen Category Candidates. The fee in favour of "Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority" SAS Nagar (Mohali).
