Qualification and Experience:

Accountant:

(1) PG degree in Commerce/ Accounting/ CWA-Inter/ CA- Inter with at least 50% marks.
(2) At least 3 years experience in accounting with exposure in budgeting & audit out of which 1 year should be in Government/ PSU.
(3) Expertise in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point.

Project Associate:

(1) Graduate in Computer Science or IT. At least 2 years work experience in the relevant field.
(2) Formal training in IT/ mobile applications.
(3) Experience in working with technology and software application support.
(4) Previous experience in working with front line workers of Government Department and training on IT/ Mobiles/ Computer.
(5) Good oral and written communication skills in local language.
(6) Computer literacy must.

Office Messenger / Peon:

(1) 10th Pass / Matric pass or fail and above.

District Project Assistant:

(1) Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ Social Sciences/ Nutrition.
(2) Minimum 2 years work experience of capacity building, with supervisory skills.
(3) Good oral and written communication skills in local language and fair skills in English.
(4) Good computer skills/knowledge of internet/ email.
(5) Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel extensively.
(6) Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged.

Block Coordinator:

(1) Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).
(2) At least 2 years experience of working with technology and software application support.
(3) Good oral and written communication in local language.
(4) Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged.

Block Project Assistant:

(1) Graduate.
(2) At least 1 year experience of working with Community/ Local Government (3) Good oral and written communication in local language.
(4) Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged.
