IIM Sirmaur Recruitment 2017 Chief Engineer, Corporate Relations Executive

Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (IIMS) invites applications from experienced and dynamic professionals for the post of Chief Engineer (Civil and allied Works) and Corporate Relations Executive to participate in the setting up and establishing the Institute. B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution with at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree and good technical record. Minimum 15 years of relevant post qualification experience.

Corporate Relations Executive

Flexible

A Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management from a reputed Institution, preferably with Marketing and/or HR specialization. Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Remuneration: Attractive remuneration will be worked out to attract the best talent for these critical positions.

Job Location: Both the positions are based at the Campus Site at Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh). In exceptional cases, alternative location can be considered.

Educational Qualifications:

Admin-cum-Accounts Officer -> MBA (Finance)/ M.Com/ CA/ ICWA from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum of 8 years experience in relevant field. The   applicants should have administrative backgrounds and experience/exposure in the field of General Administration, Personnel &  Establishment  and  Account related matters in a Govt./ Semi Govt./ PSUs/ Autonomous organization. Candidates having experience in the educational institutions will be preferred. Knowledge of computer operation is essential.

Purchase & Stores Officer -> Post Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in Central/ State Govt. academic institutions/ Autonomous Bodies. Knowledge of computer operation is essential.

Sr. Library & Information Assistant -> Post Graduate degree in the field of Library Science with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institution. The applicants should have a minimum experience of 5 years in the relevant field preferably in an academic institution.

Assistant System Analyst -> Post Graduate degree in the field of Computer Science or Computer Applications or Information Technology with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institution. The applicants should  have a minimum experience of 5 years in the relevant field. Applicants with experience of maintaining systems and IT network administration in academic institution will be preferred.

Assistant -> Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks and 3 years   experience preferably in providing administrative back-up support and coordinating various activities relating to conduction of educational programmer in Institute of Higher Learning Candidates having Post Graduate degree or professional qualification with requisite experience will be preferred.

MTS -> Matriculation or equivalent with minimum 02 years experience in day to day office work preferably in an academic institution.

Selection Process:

(a) For Admin-cum-Accounts Officer, Purchase & Stores Officer, Sr. Library & Information Assistant and Assistant System Analyst -> Through Interview.
(b) For Assistant -> Candidate's awareness on current affairs, basic knowledge of English language and understanding of candidate's role in an organization will be evaluated through Written test.
(c) For Multi Tasking Staff -> Candidate's ability in discharging routine duties relating to office will be evaluated through Written / Skill test.

Application Fee: ₹ 500/- in the form of demand draft (DD) in favour of Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur payable at Lucknow. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. No fee for SC and ST Category candidates.
