Qualification and Experience:
| (1) 03 years Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution with at least 2nd class. |
| (2) Minimum 02 years experience in Research and Development or Design or Testing or Erection or Operation or Maintenance relating to wind energy areas. |
Selection Process: Screening and Aptitude Test.

| (1) Master's Degree of a recognised university in Hindi / English with English/Hindi as a main subject at the degree level (OR) Master's Degree of a recognised university in any subject with Hindi as a medium of instruction and examination with English as a compulsory subject at degree level (OR) Bachelor's Degree with Hindi and English as main subject or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a main subject. |
| (2) Recognised Diploma/ Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa, two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Offices including GOI undertakings. |
| (3) Should know Hindi and English Typing, and Computer MS Office. |

Educational Qualifications:
Executive Assistant ->
(1) Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/ Institution.
(2) Not less than 03 years experience in Accounts/ Finance/ Administration/ Materials Management in a reputed Organization.
(3) Proficiency in MS Office.
(4) Desirable - Knowledge of Typewriting, Stenography and computer based applications.
Junior Engineer ->
(1) Three year Diploma course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering from a recognized institution with at least Second Class.
(2) Not less than two years in R&D/ design/ testing/ erection/ operation/ Maintenance relating to wind energy areas.
(3) Desirable - Knowledge of Computer based applications preferably in the field of Wind Energy.
