Age Limit (for all posts): 18 to 25 years as on 04-04-2016. For departmental candidates of Lansdowne Cantt is 40 years for general Category and 45 years for SC / ST.
Educational Qualifications:
Junior Clerk ->
(1) Matric with 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(2) A typing speed of 35 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depression per hour on an average of 5 key depression for each word in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer correspond to 9000 key depression per hour on an average of 5 key depression for each word.
Assistant Teacher (Primary) ->
(1) Graduate Degree from University established by law in India & recognized from UGC & B.Ed /B.Ed. (Vishesh Shiksha) /D.Ed (Vishesh Shiksha) from recognized institution of Rastriya Adhyapak Shiksha Parishad
(2) TET passed as conducted by Uttrakhand Govt or Central Govt for Class 1 to 5th class teachers.
Assistant Teacher (Maths) High School ->
(1) B.SC. With Maths & Physics but in IIIrd year maths or Physics and in 1st two years Maths and Physics subject should remain compulsory.
(2) L.T. diploma holder from recognized State Govt. or Government training Institution/ University or B.Ed from University established by law. (OR) 04 Years Integrated Course (B.A. Ed) Passed from NCERT Area Education Institution in 1.Maths and 2.Physics subjects.
(3) Desirable - CTET or UTET.
Assistant Teacher (General) High School ->
(1) Graduation Degree in any two subjects from Geography, Economics, Pol. Science & History but out of these subjects one subject should be upto 3rd year and rest one subject upto IInd year should remain compulsory.
(2) L.T. diploma holder from recognized State Govt. or Government training Institution/University or B.Ed from University established by law. (OR) 4 Years Integrated Course (B.A. Ed) Passed from NCERT Area Education Institution in any of the two subject out of Geography, Economics, Pol. Science & History subjects.
(3) Desirable - CTET or UTET.
Midwife (Female only) -> Diploma in Midwifery.
Application Fee: The candidate applying for the post(s) is required to deposit application fee in shape of Demand Draft (DD) amounting to ₹ 100/- (Non-Refundable). The DD In favour of "Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Lansdowne" payable SBI, Lansdowne. However, candidates belonging to reserved category are exempted from application fee.
Selection Process: Written Examination. The test will be held at 11:00 hrs on 04/05/2016 for Teachers and MidWife and for clerical will be 05/05/2016 at 11:00 hrs.
How to Apply: The applications will be submitted by the applicant with 02 passport size photographs writing name on the back of photo, self attested Xerox copies of educational qualifications and experience. The applicant should clearly mention on the top of the envelop "application for the post of "Junior Clerk" or "Assistant Teacher" or "MidWife". Completed applications should be received to this office on or before 04/04/2016.
