Educational Qualifications:
Sr. Scientist & Head ->
(1) For Disciplines other than Engineering Subject Doctoral degree in relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with 8 years experience in relevant subject Scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension specialist or in an equivalent position the pay band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/ Rs.6000/ Rs.7000/ Rs.8000 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension as evidence by published work / innovation and impact.
(2) For Engineering disciplines -> Doctor degree in relevant Agriculture engineering subject with 6 years experience as Scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay bond-3 of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/Rs.6000/Rs.7000/Rs.8000 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension education as evidenced by published work/ innovative and impact. OR
Master's degree in the relevant agricultural engineering subject with 10 years experience as Scientist / Lecturer / Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay bond-3 of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400/ Rs.6000/ Rs.7000/ Rs.8000 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension education as evidenced
by published work / innovative and impact.
Subject Matter Specialist ->
(1) Essential - Master's degree in the relevant field or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
(2) Desirable - Two years working experience in a KVK.
Programme Assistant ->
(1) Essential - Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
(2) Desirable - Two years working experience in a KVK.
