Educational Qualification & Experience:
Sales & Service Executive -> B.E./ B.Tech. in Agriculture / Mechanical / Automobile Engg. (OR) BBA / MBA or equivalent qualifications. Experience - Minimum 1 year trade experience in sale & service of Tractors only and preference will be given to the candidates having tractor driving knowledge.
Service Mechanic -> Matric + ITI in Tractor Mechanic trade or equivalent qualification (OR) Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engg. or equivalent to Army Technical trade. Experience - 5 years or more and knowledge of tractor driving with various implements is absolutely essential with valid Tractor Driving License.
