- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000-3%-1,05,000/- (Basic Pay: ₹23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + 35% Perks). Approx. CTC: ₹6.8 Lakhs annually.
✅ POWERGRID Field Engineer & Supervisor Educational Qualifications:
- Field Engineer: Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Communication with minimum 55% marks + 1 year post-qualification experience.
- Field Supervisor: Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Communication with minimum 55% marks + 1 year post-qualification experience.
