Eligibility:

(1) The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Electronics and Communication Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university.
(2) Applicants should be holding post in the pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (Revised IDA) or in SA Grade Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200 in Pay Band 14 of the revised CDA.  An applicant currently not in Government or public sector, but having earlier similar experience in Government or public sector, shall also be eligible.
(3) The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be two years as on 01.07.2019.
(4) An applicant from private sector with a minimum of 20 years’ experience at an executive level shall also be eligible v) Experience in Modern rolling stock used in Rail Based Mass Transit System or railway/metro electrification with 25KV AC or 750V DC traction system or signalling and telecommunication of railway/metro projects.

Selection Process: Computer Based Test (Written Exam) and Medical Examination.

Application Fee: A Non refundable fee of ₹ 500/- for each post (exclusive of bank charges plus service tax) for UR and OBC Category Candidates. A Non refundable fee of ₹ 200/- exclusive of bank charges plus service tax) for SC / ST Candidates. Application Fee including Bank transaction charges once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. This fee should be made through Online paymeing through ATM cum Debit Card of any bank/Credit Card of any bank/Net banking (OR) Offline Payment - Download the preprinted Challan form for depositing application / processing fee through State Bank of India(SBI) Payment Gateway of LMRCL website.
