Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati (Assam State) Walk in interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Project Assistant in a DBT, Govt. of India, funded project entitled "In vitro production of doubled haploids in Tea" The appointment will be on contract basis for one (1) year and may be extended for another two years based on the performance. Educational Qualifications:
JRF -> M.Sc. / B.Tech./ BE in Botany/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Plant Sciences or related area or equivalent. Candidates should have obtained 60% in qualifying degree examination. Applicants having hands-on experience in Plant Tissue Culture techniques or throughout first division shall be preferred.
Project Assistant -> Candidate should have passed 12th examination.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview.
