Job Location: Mother Teresa Women’s University Research & Extension Centre, Chennai.
Qualifications:
Director - Qualification same as those prescribed for the post of Professor. Experience not less than 10 years of Teaching and Research experience at UG & PG level with Administrative Experience. Publications in National and International Accredited journals.
Professor - Ph.D. qualification in relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (AND) Minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries.
Associate Professor - Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/ relevant disciplines. A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade). A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/Industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and/ or research/ policy papers.
Assistant Professor - A Master’s Degree and M.Ed Special Education (MR)each with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) / Ph.D. in Education and At least eight years of teaching experience in University department of education or College of Education, with a minimum of three years at the M.Ed. level.
Application Fee: Rs.550/- (for general)/ Rs.350/- (for SC/SCA/ST candidates) by means of SBI demand draft drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Mother Teresa Women’s University” payable at Kodaikanal.
