NTPC Limited is looking for young Graduate Engineers with brilliant academic record to join the organization as: Engineering Executive Trainees in disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation and Electronics. Eligible candidates are required to appear for GATE-2014 paper and also apply online from 20/12/2013 to 18/01/2014.

Compensation Package: Rs. 24900-3%-50500 at the basic pay of Rs. 24900/- during one-year training. These candidates will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Assistant Manager in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500 at a basic pay of Rs. 25650/-.
Educational Qualifications: Full time Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Engineering or Technology/AMIE with not less than 65% marks, taking average of all the Years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year by the Institute/University. Final year/semester students are also eligible however they have to obtain at least 65% marks in their engineering degree.
Selection Process: Selection based on the GATE-2014 Marks and requirement, candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Candidates need to secure minimum qualifying marks in GD & Interview, before being considered in the merit list.

Application Fee: Rs. 150/- for General/OBC category candidates. No fee for SC / ST / PWD category candidates.
How To Apply: Eligible candidates will have to appear for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2014. After candidates will receive their GATE-2014 Registration Number printed on their admit card. On receipt of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply On-line for NTPC ET-2014 from 20/12/2013 to 18/01/2014.
