Educational Qualifications:

Chief Manager (Mines) -> B.E/ B.Tech in Mining or equivalent. 1st Class Mine Manager’s certificate of Competency (U/R) under MMR 1961 from DGMS.

Senior Manager (Systems) -> B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication (E&T) or MCA/M. Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent. Certified consultant in SAP will be preferred.

Chief Manager (Systems) -> B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication (E&T) or MCA/ M.Sc. (Computer Science) or Equivalent. Certified consultant in SAP will be preferred.

Senior Manager (Personnel) -> P.G.Degree in social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare,   Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or P.G. Degree/ Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/ Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University / Institute or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ HRD. Preference will be given to Law Graduate.

Senior Manager (F&A) -> CA/ICWA/CMA with 07 years post qualification experience.

Chief Manager (F&A) -> CA/ICWA/CMA with 10 years post qualification experience.

Electrical Supervisor -> Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of  Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation(1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010.

Selection Process: Written Test / Interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for selection tests.

Educational Qualifications:

Executive Trainee (Geology) Post Graduation in Geology/ Applied Geology.
Electrical Supervisor (1) Diploma in Electrical Engineering. (2) Having Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency (U/R). (3) Minimum 03 years experience.
Trainee Sel. Gd. Mine Foreman/ Sel. Gd. Mine Foreman (1) Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying. (2) Must possess valid Mine Foreman Certificate of Competency (U/R). (3) Minimum 02 years experience.
Mine Foreman-I (1) SSC (Matric) Pass. (2) Possessing valid Mine Foreman's Certificate of Competency (U/R). (3) 06 years experience after passing Mine Foreman’s Competency Certificate.
Mine Mate – I (1) SSC Pass. (2) Possessing valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (U/R). (3) 03 years post qualification experience as Mine Mate in a reputed Limited Mining Company i.e. either Public or Private one.
Winding Engine Driver-II (1) SSC pass. (2) Winding Engine Driver’s Certificate of Competency (1st Class). (3) 03 years post qualification experience as Winding Engine Driver.
Blaster-II (1) SSC pass. (2) Blaster Certificate of Competency (U/R). (3) 01 year post qualification experience as Blaster in a Mining Organization.

Selection Process: Written Test, Trade Test.
