TIFR Jobs Recruitment 2013 Engineer, Officer and Assistant

Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) invites application for the post of Project Engneers, Project Scientific Officer and Project Scientific Assistant in the project of “India-Based Neutrino Observatory (INO)”. The selected candidates for the posts at sr.no. 2, 3 & 4 will be posted at the INO Project sites located near Madurai, Tamilnadu. However, they will be required to work for long periods of time at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research/Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. The selected candidate for the post at sr.no. 1 will be posted at the Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre, Kolkata.

PROJECT ENGINEER (C) [ELECTRICAL]	01	Rs.41,500/- pm	B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks. 1 – 2 years experience in designing, fabricating large electrical systems.
PROJECT SCIENTIFIC OFFICER (C)	02	Rs.41,500/- pm	B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% marks. 1 – 2 years experience in designing and debugging of analog, digital and VLSI circuits.
PROJECT SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT (B)	01	Rs.26,000/- pm	S.S.C./H.S.C. and Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks. Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications. 0-2 years experience in project execution work in the field of civil structures and related services. Should be well conversant with quality control methods, planning and quantity survey. Experience in Tunneling and computer use will be added advantage.

Age Limit: Below 28 years for all posts.
