The Indian School of Mines is An Autonomous Institution of Government of India funded by MHRD. Indian School of Mines Special Recruitment Drive for SC, ST, OBC and PH Candidates for the following teaching positions.

2.	Associate professor	43 for OBC, 45 for SC/ST/PH	PB-4 (37,400-67,000) + AGP-9000. Minimum Pay: 40890/-+AGP+DA etc.
3.	Professor	53 for OBC, 55 for SC/ST/PH	PB-4 ( 37,400-67,000) + AGP-10000. Minimum Pay: 43000/-+AGP+DA etc.

Qualification: PhD degree with First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch.

Application Fee: Rs.100/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Indian School of Mines, payable at Dhanbad to the Assistant Registrar (Estt.), Indian School of Mines,Dhanbad-826 004. SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from paying any application fee.

How To Apply: Prescribed application forms may be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Estt.), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad -826 004 by sending a crossed demand draft of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of Registrar, Indian School of Mines, along with a self addressed stamped (Rs.50/-) envelope of 30cmx12cm size. The applications will be considered upto 23 May, 2011 in the first instance.
