✅ Kendrapara UCB 2026 Eligibility:
Manager:
- Permanent resident of Odisha.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate, and 3 years’ service experience in officer cadre in any commercial bank, or 5 years in officer cadre in any co-operative bank or financial institution (DFI, NBFC, Insurance Company, Investment Company etc.).
- Preference to candidates with Master’s Degree in Finance / Bank Management / Cooperative Management / Business Administration / Information Technology.
- Age: not less than 21 years and not more than 42 years as on 01.04.2026.
Assistant Manager:
- Permanent resident of Odisha.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.
- Preference to candidates with Master’s Degree in Finance / Bank Management / Cooperative Management / Business Administration / Information Technology, and service experience in commercial or co-operative bank or financial institution.
- Age: not less than 21 years and not more than 32 years as on 01.04.2026.
Upper age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC (OBC)/Women and Ex-Servicemen. PwBD candidates get 10 years relaxation. A candidate under more than one category is eligible for only one benefit of relaxation, the most beneficial one.
✅ Pay Scale and Probation:
- Manager: Pre-revised scale of ₹9,300–34,800 with Grade Pay ₹4,200, plus DA, HRA and other allowances under 6th Pay Commission. Bank is in process of implementing 7th Pay Commission.
- Assistant Manager: Pre-revised scale of ₹5,200–20,200 with Grade Pay ₹2,400, plus DA, HRA and other allowances under 6th Pay Commission.
- Probation period is 12 months. On unsatisfactory performance, another six months may be given for improvement.
✅ Selection Process and Exam Pattern:
Selection is through online written test followed by viva-voce. Final selection is on the aggregate of written and viva-voce tests and experience. There is a penalty of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer. No penalty for unattempted questions. Cut-offs are applied on individual tests and on total score.
