- Assistant Manager (General) – Post Code 01: Two years Post Graduation Degree/Post Graduation Diploma in any Discipline. Experience: NIL.
- Assistant Manager (Technical) – Post Code 02: Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering in Agriculture / Food Technology / Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Food Technology Management / Biotechnology. Experience: NIL.
- Assistant Manager (Finance) – Post Code 03: Graduate in Commerce with three years’ post qualification experience in Finance & Accounting OR Graduate in any Discipline with CA Intermediate/CMA Intermediate. Experience: 03 years.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering)-Civil – Post Code 04: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. Experience: NIL.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering)-Electrical – Post Code 05: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Experience: NIL.

✅ CWC Manpower Recruitment 2026 Selection Process:
- Assistant Manager posts (Post Codes 01 to 06): Online Test + Document Verification followed by Interview.
- Junior Executive posts (Post Codes 07 and 08): Online Test + Document Verification.
Only candidates who qualify in the Online Test will be called for Document Verification and further stages as applicable. Final selection will be based on the performance in the respective stages.
✅ CWC Manpower Recruitment 2026 Application Fee:
- SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Serviceman and Women candidates: ₹500/- (Intimation Charges only).
- Other candidates belonging to Unreserved (UR)/EWS and OBC category: ₹1,350/- (Application Fee ₹850 + Intimation Charges ₹500). Amount is inclusive of GST.
