Age Limit

- Officer “B”: Not exceeding 56 years (Deputation)

Age relaxation as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen etc. Age is calculated as on the closing date of application.

ARCI Various Posts Selection Process 2026
Selection will be based on preliminary screening of applications followed by Computer Based Competitive Written Examination (CWE) and Personal Interview / Trade / Skill / Driving Test as applicable for the post.
- Scientist “B”: CWE + Personal Interview (50% weightage each)
- Officer “B”: Personal Interview (with presentation)
- Technical Assistant “A”, Assistant “A” & Technician “A”: CWE + Trade/Skill Test (qualifying nature); Final selection on CWE marks
- Driver “A”: CWE + Skill & Driving Test (40% CWE + 60% Driving/Skill)
Examination centre is Hyderabad only. Tentative CWE dates are in December 2026 / January 2027.
