- President Scout / Guide / Rover / Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder; active member of a Scouts organisation for the last 5 years with Certificate of Activeness as per Annexure-A; and attendance at two National / All Indian Railways events AND two State-level events.
- Age relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years. Serving Railway employees, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, widows, divorced / judicially separated women (not remarried) and Course Completed Act Apprentices will get relaxation as per Railway rules.
