✅ RCFL Assistant Officer Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification (as on 01.07.2026) – Any ONE of the following routes:
- Route A: Three years Regular and Full-time Graduate in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized University + Two years Regular and Full-time Post Graduate in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized University + 01 year Government Recognized Diploma in Executive Assistant / Executive Personal Assistant / Office Management and Secretarial Practice / Modern Office Management / Stenography course or equivalent.
- Route B: Three years Regular and Full-time Bachelor’s degree / B.Voc / BA (VS) / B (Voc) in Office Management and Secretarial Practice / Office Administration and Secretarial Practices / Management & Secretarial Practices + Regular and Full-time Post Graduate in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized University.
- Minimum Percentage: 55% marks in last year of Graduation (50% for SC candidates).
- Experience (as on 01.07.2026): Minimum 04 years of relevant post-qualification work experience (after Graduation) as Secretarial Assistant / Secretary or similar role. Training period, Apprenticeship and Internship will not be counted.
- Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026): UR / EWS – 32 years | OBC (NCL) – 35 years | SC – 37 years | 10 years relaxation for PwBD.
- Desired Skills: Shorthand, excellent communication and drafting skills, handling confidential documents, scheduling meetings, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computer typing with good speed and accuracy.

- Pay Scale (E0 Grade): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
- Approximate minimum gross monthly salary is ₹65,000 (Basic + VDA 53.4% + Perks 34% + HRA 30% for Class-A cities / applicable rates for other cities).
