✅ MbPA Junior Professional Intern Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification (as on 31.08.2026): Graduation in any discipline or equivalent degree from any recognized University / Institution in India.
- Age Limit: Candidate should be less than 35 years of age and should be in good health. The crucial date for age, qualification and experience is 31.08.2026.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of Marathi / Hindi.Minimum 03 years’ experience in Administration / Accounting / Correspondence work.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, work under pressure, data modelling, research and analytical skills, and eagerness to work with various departments.
- Roles: Duties will be assigned by the Administrative Officer of the Department as per functional requirements.
✅ MbPA Junior Professional Intern Salary 2026:
- Consolidated remuneration: ₹40,000 per month
- There shall be an annual increment of 5% on last drawn remuneration based on satisfactory performance. Payment will be processed on certification by the Chief Engineer.
- Not entitled to: DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Transport Facility, Personal Staff, CGHS or Medical Reimbursement. No TA/DA will be paid for joining or on completion of assignment. TDS as admissible will be deducted.
✅ Period of Engagement:
- Initial engagement: 02 years
- Extendable by additional 02 years with 2 days break, based on performance
- No further extension thereafter
- Performance review after every 06 months
- Full-time assignment only; no other employment permitted during the contract
- Experience certificate will be issued only if the intern completes at least 01 year
