✅ SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Dean, SBIL Kolkata:
- Qualification: MBA / Executive MBA / PGDM / PGDBA or equivalent in any discipline with minimum 55% marks OR Ph.D. / M.Phil. from an Indian University or Indian / International B-School. Preference for Banking & Finance and Executive Education teaching experience.
- Experience: 15 years post-qualification experience, including minimum 03 years as Dean / Deputy Dean / Principal / Director / Deputy Director / Joint Director / Head / Centre Head / Chief Learning Officer / SVP / VP or equivalent in Bank Training Institute / University / B-School / Corporate Learning Academy / Public Sector Training Institution.
Faculty, SBIL Kolkata:
- Qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks. Preference for MBA / PGDM / MHRM in HR / Finance / Banking with Executive Education teaching experience. Ph.D. / M.Phil. will be an additional qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 06 years teaching experience as Faculty / Professor / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Corporate Trainer or equivalent.
Marketing Executive, SBIL Kolkata:
- Qualification: MBA or equivalent in Marketing with minimum 55% marks. Preferred: Certification in Digital Marketing, CRM, Marketing Analytics or Social Media Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years in Marketing, of which at least 03 years in marketing of Executive Education / Management Institutes / Universities / Training Organizations / EdTech Organizations.
