Educational Qualification:
- Mechanical: Full-time Regular B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engineering) (4 Years) in Mechanical from a recognized University / Institute.
- Electrical: Full-time Regular B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engineering) (4 Years) in Electrical from a recognized University / Institute.
- Electronics: Full-time Regular B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engineering) (4 Years) in Electronics from a recognized University / Institute.
- Naval Architecture: Full-time Regular B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engineering) (4 Years) in Naval Architecture from a recognized University / Institute.
- Finance: Graduate AND qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI / qualified Cost Accountant from ICMAI / ICMA OR 02 Years PG Diploma / PG Degree in Finance.
Experience (as on 31.07.2026): Minimum 01 year relevant experience or one year Graduate Apprenticeship training. Apprenticeship in any industry shall also be considered. Only post-qualification experience will be counted.
Age Limit (as on 31.07.2026): UR/EWS – 28 years, OBC – 31 years, SC/ST – 33 years. Age relaxation for PwBD as per Government of India guidelines.

Consolidated Pay:
- 1st Year: ₹35,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹38,000 per month
- 3rd Year (Extended Tenure): ₹40,000 per month
