✅ GIL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- DGM – Information Technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (CS/IT) or MCA with minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience. Age: Maximum 50 years. Desirable: DBMS / SQL, programming, dashboard & website development, software methodologies, Linux (SUSE / Ubuntu).
- Sr. Manager – Information Technology: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with 05 years experience OR Diploma in Engineering (CS/IT) / BCA with 07 years experience. Age: Maximum 50 years. Desirable skills same as DGM-IT.
- DGM – Marketing (International): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in marketing, sales, business development or commercial functions. Age: Maximum 50 years. Defence marketing / government tenders / international defence business preferred.
- Sr. Manager – Marketing (International): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 05 years experience OR Diploma in Engineering with 07 years experience in marketing / sales / BD / commercial functions. Age: Maximum 50 years.
- DGM – Finance & Accounts: Qualified CA with valid ICAI membership and minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Project Accounting, Finalization of Accounts, Annual Report & Corporate Governance, Costing & Budgeting, IFC, Internal / Statutory / C&AG Audit, Direct & Indirect Tax, Fund Management and MIS. Manufacturing company experience preferred. Age: Maximum 50 years.
- Manager – Supply Chain Management: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 03 years experience OR Diploma in Engineering with 05 years experience. Age: Maximum 50 years. Desirable: MBA/PGDM in SCM / Logistics / Materials / Operations; experience in GeM, e-procurement, vendor development, inventory and supply chain digitization in Govt. / CPSE / DPSU / large manufacturing units.
- Manager – Administration: Retired from any Defence PSU under Ministry of Defence, held position corresponding to E-3 or above at retirement, with substantial experience in HR / Personnel / IR / Administration. Age: Maximum 65 years.
