✅ BEL Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from an institution recognized by AICTE or Government of India-approved institutions. The Diploma must have been completed on or after 01 July 2023.
- Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026): Maximum 21 years.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years.
- Not Eligible if the candidate:
- Has already completed apprenticeship training in another organization
- Is currently undergoing / pursuing apprenticeship training elsewhere
- Had apprenticeship terminated midway
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD will be as per Government guidelines.
✅ BEL Diploma Apprentice Stipend 2026:
Selected Diploma Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,500. Training duration is one year and will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended) and BEL rules / policies. Canteen facilities will be available on a chargeable basis.
No Permanent Job Guarantee: Completion of apprenticeship does not create any obligation on BEL Ghaziabad to provide regular employment or placement. Apprentices cannot claim a regular job merely on the basis of completing the training.
