A total of 270 apprenticeship training slots are available across 10 regional establishments for a duration of one year.

✅ POWERGRID Apprentice 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI–Electrician: Full-time ITI in Electrician trade.
- Diploma (Electrical/Civil): Full-time 3-year Diploma in the respective branch.
- Graduate (Electrical/Civil): Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in the respective branch
(Part-time / Correspondence / Distance / Online mode not accepted). - Passing Year: Must have passed the final examination between 11.09.2024 and 10.09.2026
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years completed as on the date of application (No upper age limit mentioned)
- Other Conditions: Indian citizen. Not already undergone / currently undergoing apprenticeship training
Not having more than 1 year of job experience. Medically fit as per Apprentices Act, 1961.
