✅ NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 32 years as on the last date of online application (22 September 2026).
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen – as per Government rules.
✅ NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Pay Scale:
All posts are in E1 Grade with pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA Pattern).
Selected candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance, perquisites, allowances, terminal benefits and other benefits as per company rules applicable from time to time.
✅ NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise):
1. Senior Assistant Officer (HR) – 04 Posts
- Qualification: Graduate with two-year full-time PG Degree / PG Diploma / PG Programme in Management (specialization in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management) OR Master’s in Social Work / MHRD / MBA (HR) from a recognised University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. Computer knowledge is essential. Degree in Law is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in Human Resources / Personnel & Administration in a reputed organisation.
2. Senior Assistant Officer (Law) – 01 Post (UR)
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in litigation, drafting & vetting of contracts, legal opinions, arbitration, statutory compliance, coordination with advocates and regulatory bodies. Experience in power / infrastructure / engineering / manufacturing sector is desirable.
3. Senior Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – 04 Posts
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification executive experience in power sector (Coal / Gas / Lignite) in Operation / Maintenance / Commissioning / Erection / Engineering of power plant / power project.
4. Senior Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – 04 Posts
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification executive experience in power sector in Operation / Maintenance / Commissioning / Erection / Engineering of power plant / power project.
5. Senior Assistant Engineer (C&I) – 02 Posts (UR)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Control & Instrumentation / Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification executive experience in power sector in Operation / Maintenance / Commissioning / Erection / Engineering of power plant / power project.
6. Senior Assistant Engineer (IT/ERP) – 02 Posts
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics & Communication with minimum 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure, systems & operations, network security, software development, database management or communication systems in a reputed organisation. Valid CCNA / CCNP or equivalent certification is preferable.
Note: SC/ST/PwBD candidates with pass marks in the qualifying degree are eligible. Candidates can apply for only one post.
✅ NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process:
- Stage 1 – All India Online Selection Test: Consists of Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates must qualify both parts separately.
- Stage 2 – Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates (based on merit and requirement) will appear for interview. Minimum qualifying marks in interview are mandatory.
Final Weightage: Online Selection Test – 85% | Personal Interview – 15%.
Candidates can choose any two cities as Preference-I and Preference-II for the test centre. NSPCL reserves the right to cancel/add/change centres.
