✅ NABFINS Telecaller Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers using provided scripts and database
- Attend inbound calls on toll-free / customer care numbers and resolve queries
- Obtain customer information and understand their concerns through proper analysis
- Contact PAR and NPA borrowers to identify reasons for non-payment
- Resolve product/service related issues and suggest suitable solutions
- Complete minimum 120 calls per day, out of which 50 successful calls are mandatory
- Handle and escalate customer complaints/grievances to the concerned branch
- Update call records, customer responses and feedback accurately in the system
- Coordinate with branch staff for ground-level follow-up whenever required
- Maintain knowledge of business, recovery policies and office circulars
- Consolidate daily database and monitor team targets (if assigned)
