✅ IOB Security Guard Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Who Can Apply: Only eligible Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Agniveers (excluding disabled Ex-Servicemen).
- Educational Qualification: A pass in 10th standard (Matriculation) or its equivalent examination. The candidate should not have passed Graduation examination or its equivalent. The candidate should be able to speak, read and write in Tamil language.
- Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 26 years.
- Age Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen:
- General: 26 Years + Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 Years (Maximum 45 Years)
- SC/ST: 31 Years + Actual period of service + 3 Years (Maximum 45 Years)
- OBC: 29 Years + Actual period of service + 3 Years (Maximum 45 Years)
- Agniveer: 21 Years + Actual Period of service as Agniveer + 3 Years
✅ IOB Security Guard Salary 2026:
Pay Scale (Subordinate Staff Cadre as per 12th Bipartite Settlement): ₹19,500 – 665/4 – 22,160 – 830/5 – 26,310 – 990/4 – 30,270 – 1,170/3 – 33,780 – 1,345/3 – 37,815
Basic pay will be fixed based on the last drawn salary during defence service. In addition, selected candidates are entitled to emoluments as per the Industry-wide Bipartite Settlement and Bank policies/rules.
