✅ Eastern Railway Scouts & Guides Quota 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification – Level-2 (Group ‘C’): Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a Government recognised Board/Council/Institution (50% not insisted for SC/ST/ESM/PwBD and candidates having higher qualification from UGC recognised University) OR 10th pass + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)/ITI approved by NCVT.
- Educational Qualification – Level-1 (Group ‘D’): 10th Pass OR ITI OR Equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
- Scouting / Guiding Qualification (Mandatory for both Level-2 & Level-1):
- A President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section; AND
- Should have been an active member of Scout Organization for the last 5 years (Certificate of Activeness as per Annexure-VIII); AND
- Should have attended two events at National level OR All Indian Railways’ level AND two events at State Level.
- Age Limit: Level-2: 18 to 30 years | Level-1: 18 to 33 years (as on the closing date of application).
- Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years (as per rules).
