Educational Qualification:
- Graduate (Technical) – 4-year Full Time Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Automobile, Information Science, AI & ML, Aeronautical and other allied branches from a Govt. recognised University/Institution.
- Graduates (General) – 3-year Full Time: B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, BBA (HR) or equivalent.
- Diploma – 3-year Full Time: Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Automobile, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering and allied.
- ITI – Full Time (1/2 year as per trade): Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, COPA, Mechanic Diesel, Carpenter, Tool & Die Making, Sheet Metal Worker, Plumber, MAEE, MMV, Electronic Mechanic etc. with NTC.

- As per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules (relaxations applicable for reserved categories).
Other Eligibility:
- Candidates must first register on NAPS (for ITI) or NATS (for Degree/Diploma) portals and obtain registration/enrolment number before applying on BEML website.

- No Written Examination

- Merit List prepared category-wise for the respective trade in each location (in the ratio of 1:5 times the training slots)
- Document Verification
Applications will be screened as per eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document/certificate verification in order of merit. Reservation applicable as per Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992. Communication will be sent via registered email. No TA/DA will be paid.
