- Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 38 years. Age relaxation: SC/ST (H)/ST (P) – 5 years, OBC/MOBC – 3 years, PwD – 10 years (as per Government of Assam norms).
- Domicile: Preference will be given to candidates having domicile of Assam.
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Frontend / Backend / CMS Developer: BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/equivalent, MCA, M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent + Min. 3 years experience (5 years for Sr. level)
- Content Manager: Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, English or IT (preferred) with working knowledge of CMS platforms + Min. 3 years experience in content management / digital publishing / communications
- Database Administrator: BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/equivalent, MCA, M.Sc. (IT) or BCA with relevant certification + Min. 3 years in database administration (5 years for Sr. level)
- Graphic Designer: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or equivalent + Min. 3 years in web/digital design
