- During Training (06 months): Basic Pay ₹50,000/- + Dearness Allowance (IDA)
- On successful completion of training: Designated as Assistant Manager in the scale of ₹60,000 – 1,80,000/- (initial Basic Pay ₹60,000/-)
- After training: Entitled to DA, perquisites under Cafeteria Approach, PF, Gratuity, PRP and other allowances as per Company rules

- Computer Based Test (CBT) – 70% weightage
- Group Discussion (GD) – 15% weightage
- Interview – 15% weightage
Minimum qualifying marks in CBT: UR/EWS – 50, OBC-NCL – 45, SC/ST/PwBD – 40.
