- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in the relevant engineering discipline with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
- GATE Score: Candidates must possess a valid GATE score in the relevant paper.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 17 August 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc.).
