Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Assistant General Manager (Engineering) – E5
Essential: Degree in Mechanical / Naval Architecture / Production / Marine Engineering with minimum 60% marks
Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification managerial experience in Shipbuilding / Ship repair / Offshore Fabrication / Petrochemical / Marine Engineering (with specific areas of Hull fabrication, Structural outfitting, Machinery, Piping, Painting, Accommodation outfitting). Desirable: 5 years as team lead / section head. - Deputy Manager (Mechanical) – E2
Essential: Degree in Mechanical / Marine / Naval Architecture Engineering OR 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Marine / Shipbuilding Engineering
Experience: 7 years (Degree holders) / 10 years (Diploma holders) post-qualification managerial experience in relevant shipbuilding / ship repair / offshore / petrochemical / marine engineering fields.
