✅ ONGC Consultant 2026 Remuneration Package
Junior Consultant (E1-E3):
- 1st Year: ₹40,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: ₹41,350/- per month
- Plus Conveyance ₹6,500 + Office at Residence ₹6,500 + Communication up to ₹2,000
Associate Consultant (E4-E5 & E6+):
- 1st Year: ₹66,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: ₹68,000/- per month
- Plus Conveyance ₹13,000 + Office at Residence ₹13,000 + Communication up to ₹2,000
Contract period: 2 years. GST to be borne by consultants.

Age Limit (as on date of advertisement): Less than 64 years.
Educational & Experience Qualification:
- Retired ONGC executives from Production / Drilling / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation disciplines
- Junior Consultant: Retired at E1-E3 level with minimum 5 years in-line experience in Work-over / Drilling field operations
- Associate Consultant: Retired at E4-E5 & E6+ level with minimum 5 years in-line experience in Work-over / Drilling field operations
Candidates must submit scanned copy of ONGC Identity Card (both sides) and Aadhaar Card (both sides).

- Written Test (50 marks – Objective Type, 60 minutes, bilingual)
- Interaction / Interview (20 marks)
- Evaluation of Experience (20 marks) + Academic Qualification (10 marks)
Qualifying marks: 30% in Written Test & 50% in Interview. Final merit based on total 100 marks.
