All-inclusive monthly remuneration: ₹1,40,000/-
Annual increase of 5% (₹7,000) on satisfactory performance. No DA, HRA, Transport Allowance or other allowances admissible. Medical treatment available at MbPA Hospital (self only). Accommodation on payment basis (if available) at twice the licence fee + electricity & water charges. 30 days Earned Leave + 12 days Casual Leave per year. 10% of monthly remuneration deducted as guarantee amount (refundable on successful completion of contract). TDS as applicable.

Age Limit (as on date of advertisement): Maximum 60 years (65 years for retired Port/Govt officers subject to medical fitness).
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- MOT I Class Motor Certificate OR Marine Engineer Officer Class I Certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act, 1958
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience as Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer on board a foreign-going ship
