Salary & Benefits
- Consolidated Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (all inclusive). No separate DA, HRA, Medical or other allowances.
- Tenure: Initially 1 year, extendable every year up to maximum 5 years based on satisfactory performance and KPIs.
- Annual increment up to 5% (subject to performance and maximum cap of ₹70,000).
- 12 days leave per year (pro-rata).
- Selected candidates will be posted at NSIC Head Office, New Delhi, but transferable to any office across India.
