Age Limit (as on 05.05.2026): 30 years for Assistant Manager (E-2) | 44 years for Deputy General Manager (E-6). Age relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Educational Qualification: For RE Posts – Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics / Civil / Mechanical / Electronics branches with minimum 60% marks. For Finance Posts – CA / CMA from recognized institute.

Experience: Deputy General Manager (E-6): Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience (at least 10 years in Renewable Energy – Solar/Wind/BESS). Assistant Manager (E-2): Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Renewable Energy / Finance (as applicable). Preference to candidates from RE Developer companies.

Additional Requirements: Govt/PSU candidates must submit NOC + 2 years experience in relevant pay scale. Private sector candidates must submit Form-16 for last 3 financial years.
