- Age Limit: Deputy Manager – 21 to 30 years; Manager – 23 to 31 years; Senior Manager – 27 to 34 years. Age relaxations as per Government rules for reserved categories.
- Educational Qualification (Common for all posts): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in Electronics/Telecom/Computer Science/IT/Electrical or related fields OR M.Sc (Electronics) OR MCA from recognized university/institute.
- Post-Qualification Experience (in Govt/PSU or Pvt organization with turnover ≥ ₹300 Cr): Deputy Manager – 2 years; Manager – 3 years; Senior Manager – 6 years.
- Certifications (Relevant & Mandatory): Deputy Manager (System Admin) – Azure Administrator/RHCSA/VMware VCTA or equivalent. Manager (Database Admin) – Azure Database Admin/MongoDB/MySQL/Oracle SQL/PostgreSQL. Manager (IT) – RHCSA/RHCE/Oracle Java Professional/Azure AI Engineer/CAIP. Senior Manager – Advanced certifications like RHCE/Kubernetes (CKA)/JNCIA-Cloud etc.
- Reservation: UR-4, OBC-NCL-2, SC-1, EWS-2.
