- Assistant Manager / Co-ordination: Engineering Graduate with minimum 20 years experience in Govt. departments/PSUs/Central or State Govt. instrumentalities.
- Dy. General Manager / Planning: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent; Minimum 08 years post-qualification experience (specific pay level/CTC criteria).
- Assistant Manager / Planning: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent; Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience (specific pay level/CTC criteria).
- Dy. General Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) or equivalent; Minimum 08 years post-qualification experience in relevant fields like energy management (specific pay level/CTC criteria).
- Desirable qualifications include PG in Construction Management/Planning and certifications in Primavera/MSP/Power BI.
