- Principal: 35 to 55 years
- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): Maximum 40 years
- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): Maximum 35 years
- Primary Teacher (PRT): Maximum 30 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories.

- Principal (Level-12): ₹78,800 – 2,09,200/-
- PGT (Level-8): ₹47,600 – 1,51,100/-
- TGT (Level-7): ₹44,900 – 1,42,400/-

✅ BHU School Teaching 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
- Principal: Master’s Degree + B.Ed. or equivalent + Minimum 15 years teaching experience in recognized schools.
- PGT: Master’s Degree (or Integrated PG) in relevant subject + B.Ed. + Proficiency in teaching in Hindi & English. (For PGT Physical Education: M.P.Ed.)
- TGT: Bachelor’s Degree (or Integrated degree) in relevant subjects + B.Ed. + CTET qualified + Proficiency in Hindi & English medium teaching.
- PRT: Senior Secondary + 2-year D.El.Ed / 4-year B.El.Ed / 2-year Diploma in Special Education + CTET qualified + Ability to teach in Hindi & English.
