✔️ Age Limit:
RA: Maximum 35 years; JRF: Maximum 28 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates).
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
Research Associate (RA):
(1) Ph.D. in Physics/ Electronics/ Material Science/ Chemistry/ Opto-electronics/ Semi-conductor processing/ Laser Optics/ RF Electronics/ Semi-conductor devices/ Quantum Technology.
(2) Candidates with fellowships from CSIR/UGC/INSPIRE/DST and meeting essential qualifications are also eligible.
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):
(1) Postgraduate degree in Physics/ Electronics/ Material Science/ Chemistry/ Opto-electronics/ Semi-conductor processing/ Laser Optics/ RF Electronics/ Semi-conductor devices/ Quantum Technology with first division and valid NET/GATE.
(2) OR B.E./B.Tech with first division and valid NET/GATE.
(3) OR M.E./M.Tech in Microwave/RF/Integrated Circuits/VLSI/Engineering Physics/Solid State Physics/Materials or related fields with first division at both UG and PG levels.
